We wanted a quiet base to explore the Hudson Valley, and Goldsmith Denniston House was the perfect choice. It's on the most charming street and a ten minute walk to the waterfront. Nancy was a great hostess and prepared a delicious breakfast. The bed was perfect and we had a great night's sleep.

We stayed at the Goldsmith Denniston House in July 2010 for three evenings and had a wonderful time. Nancy is a lovely hostess with a lot of knowledge about the area and its attractions. Her home is very clean and the breakfast each morning was a delicious treat. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a delightful weekend at the Goldsmith Denniston House in Newburgh NY. I had a very comfortable room with beautiful view overlooking the Hudson River. The Innkeeper, Nancy Billman, served fabulous breakfasts in a beautifully appointed dining room. I felt very pampered! The House has spacious rooms, restful, inviting grounds, and there’s plenty to do and see in the Newburgh area. A great destination, within an hour of NYC.
